Album’s Description Hammer and Nail album is a Hip Hop project that addresses various topics around the idea of pain, uncertainty, and difficult circumstances. The album is designed to encourage and empower those that are going through trials. 2nd Lyfe collaborates with producer, Unseen to deliver powerful messages, with rhythmic and harmonic expressions. These songs are intended to provide a different perspective on how to positively respond to life’s challenges. The Hammer is symbolic of the pains of life, and the Nail is a picture of mankind. The one who holds the Hammer is God, and he ultimately uses pain to make us stronger. Not all problems are bad. God can take a negative situation, and bring about good.
